CRICH GARDEN MEMORIAL PLAQUES
Thank you for choosing the Crich Memorial Garden to place a memorial plaque.
The porcelain plaques measure 12" x 3” and are available for anyone to purchase, regardless of affiliation to the Mercian Regiment or its antecedents.
The plaque will be placed in the Memorial Garden on the Crich site and maintained by the Mercian Regiment
RHQ appreciate that Crich means so much to so many and the plaques are available, to purchase, in memory of those who served in The Mercian Regiment or any of its antecedents and for anyone who has lost a loved one, who had a connection or affinity to the site. It is our intention that the plaques will remain on site until they are unreadable or unrepairable. Whilst no guarantee can be given to how long this will be, these are the same plaques as used in crematoriums and their material would suggest longevity.
However, due to the nature of the site, repairs may need to be undertaken, at some stage. Every effort will be made to contact the purchaser of the plaque regarding repairs before it is removed.
The introductory offer of the plaque is a, one-off payment, of £275.00. There is no lease. Any repairs will be borne by the plaque purchaser and will completed by the company that makes the plaques, through RHQ Mercian. All profits made from the sale of the plaques will directly benefit the Crich Memorial site.
Once you have requested a Memorial Plaque form, we will send you all the details you will require about wording.
Once we have received your order and payment, we will send you a copy of the template to ensure you are content with the wording and layout. It is anticipated that orders will be fulfilled and placed on site within 3 months of being received. It is requested, if possible, that email is used.
